HOLLY JESSOPP
Founding lawyer
Founder of INSCIO Avocats, Holly Jessopp has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2014. Since 2016, it has been developing an activity dedicated to equine law and the equine sector.
Perfectly bilingual in English and French, she assists horse professionals in their legal, tax and patrimonial projects, in France and internationally.

- Lecturer in the Specialized Master’s Degree in Science and Management of the Equine Sector (MS® MESB), Uni LaSalle Rouen.
Lorène Chauvelier
Lawyer and expert in equine sector law and taxation
A expert in equine law, rural law and taxation, Lorène Chauvelier works with professionals in the equestrian and equestrian sports sector with personalised and adapted legal support.
Lorène has developed specific expertise in supporting professionals in the horse racing industry, in particular through the creation of owner companies, the setting up of group stables and the sale and transformation of family structures.
She is recognized for her expertise in equine taxation, restructuring and horse ownership.
She is also a :
- Member of the Steering Committee of the Equine Lawyer Institute
- Lecturer at the University of Laval in rural law (support for equestrian companies)
- Member of the CIFCH (Independent Council for the Horse Racing Industry)

Eve Miolane
Lawyer – sports law – horse industry
Eve Miolane joined INSCIO Avocats as part of her final internship at the Bar Training School in 2024 before returning in 2025 as a lawyer, pending the obtaining of the CAPA and the taking of the oath.
Graduated with a Master 2 in sports law (Université Côte d’Azur), Eve quickly refocused her expertise on sports law and tax law, by writing a thesis on the tax and corporate choices of professionals in the equestrian sector.
She has acquired solid experience in equine law, tax law and civil litigation, notably within the French Equestrian Federation and firms specializing in sports law.
She is also:
- Active member of the Equine Lawyer Association
- Member of several disciplinary commissions including that of the French Equestrian Federation.
